I'm pretty sure that I did everything with admin rights. But yes, I can open the civ games, it's just that when I try to go to Load Mods, FfH2 just isn't there, only the Age of Ice Scenario and other Scenarios that came prebuilt into BtS.

I've loaded up the beta and it still doesn't seem to want to load FfH. Do I need to download 3.19 now or did the Steam beta come with it? And if I DO need to download it, where do I put it? Every source seems mysteriously silent on THAT front.
