    As far as i know the mod will most likely consist of several scenarios one of which is the dominion war. I have played on the Civ 2 dominion war scenario and it as an excellent game. Cant wait until teh civ3 version is finished, should be very good:D

    Maybe having a unique resource on each homeworld, like federation or romulan citizens or something, which is required to build all of their unique items. The resource would come with thier untradable tech, so eeven if the homeworld is captured the attacker doesnt get a whole load of buildings...

    Perhaps not using a tech like antimatter or fusion it could be more generic, sort of like "Shipyard Reactor" or "Planetary Reserves". Otherwise i dont think theres another source of fuel in the ST universe that compares to fusion or anitmatter, as a later advance(except Omega Molecules)...
