Leaderhead request: Borg Queen

I would like a leaderhead based off of these images.
Or instructions on how I could do my own leaderhead based off of these images.

If all else fails, you could consider embryodead's Cyberhead. If Star Trek was originally a book series, it would do better as there wasn't so strong visual reference points.

It can be made a bit more Borg-like by adding little green and darkening it a bit.

Example: (now that I look at it, I'm not sure at all whether it looks more Borg with added green. Quite the contrary actually. )

I've been having similar thoughts. But I did say if all else fails But to be honest, I think a static leaderhead based on those pictures would be better than the Cyberhead so I guess all else can't fail.

Just my idea, but I think that cyberwoman would do just fine as a Borg Queen.

Maybe if you could remove the thing on the forehead somehow, and add some vague balck veins to the skin, it would look better?

You know... on Renderosity there are plenty of (free) Star Trek models and morphs available for Poser, ie. Ships, Uniforms, Holodeck, Klingon headmorphs. Haven't seen Borg Queen, though I haven't seen the whole 'sity archive (something like 10.000+ items). You just need some trekkie with Poser
