Korea's morale is reduced to NPC levels. AKA a PC nation(without upgrades) gets:
1: -2
2: 0
3/4/5: +2
6: +3

Korea(and NPCs) get:
1: -2
2/3/4/5: 0
6: +2

- The rules don't say that. I don't know how it wound up there in the first place because that was not my intention, but I fixed it some time ago.
