khmer and indonesia dlc is there, but not Rise & Fall

they are no even in that list when I start the game

I just bought and clicked on install Rise & Fall and Khmer & Indonesia pack. But it says they are not installed. I also checked the additional content menu in the game, but non of them are listed. All the other DLC/extra packs I have bought for the game got installed automaticly, but not this...

thanks to both of you :-) I will test each mod and start a nw game, play a few rounds and see. When I am done adding the mods I want to use, I will play a whole game and can post in the forums so others knows they work good together

I love playing with Mods, preferably many different ones. But there is always some mods that don't work well together. Is there a easy way to check that without having to play a whole game testing out each mod to see which ones goes well together?

thank you. I just recently managed to join 2 games, lost pretty early in one and the other playrs quit the other game. But been kicked out in many games, and have no clue why

Everytime I join a game I keep getting kicked out, sometimes even before I get the chance to choose which civ I want to play as. What reasons can it be?

I edited the map that showed up when I started the worldbuilder. But do I save it? I don't find any menu with a save button

I got enough envoys much quicker than I thought, so problem is fixed. It's probably Alexander/Macedonia, since they are the only competitor, they will get their "thank you" later in the game. I am waiting for them to build up a proper army, and will declare war on them in the end of the game...

Thank you. I thought there might be other solutions. Guess I am going for the last option since I have researched all technologies and envoys come very slowly. Quests I haven't cared of doing. Maybe about time I do them
