    True :(. In my recent game with difficulty 6 I've been struggling almost all game. Most of the time my secondary cities have avoid growing pops but I'm still struggling with the growth of the capitol. I build the buildings required to decrease unhappiness, I'm allied with luxury city states...

    I've said this a couple times already, If it were possible to make naval units pillage coastal tiles like in civ 6 it would make much more sense and give more strategical importance to naval units. Granted this has nothing to do with naval combat :$

    That's disappointing. Either way, when we look at memory costs would it help to play at a lower resolution? AMD has some upscaling thing, maybe that would help to get the game more stable memory wise?

    Me struggling vs 6 difficulty ai in wars and you beating deity ai like their paper xD. I saw that you build a lot of ranged units, I tend to build more melee ones. Maybe that's the problem?

    Vox Populi Congress Proposal Workshop

    I don't know if anyone ever suggest this but I think it would be cool if naval units where able to pillage coasts like in civ 6. Maybe limit it to only be able to if the tile doesn't have any land military unit on top. I think this would make naval power more impactful and also makes more sense.
