I'm having a problem getting this building to work. It loads into the game, but doesn't show up in Civilipedia. What have I missed? I'm trying to have this Water Treatment Plant increasing the food yield of Crabs and Fish.

A simple harbor building that provides two housing. It can only be built after Electricity and only if the city has a Sewer.

How do I remove a unit or unit type from a civ, without replacing it? Could the same be done with buildings and other things in the game? For example, could a civ be incapable of utilizing cattle for example?

You know, Browd, that doesn't make sense. The score victory says at turn 350, so score victory should trigger at turn 350.

I have no idea what's going on here. The game just doesn't want to end. I've been dropping a few nukes, but that shouldn't be a problem. I though the problem was that Teddy was set to offer peace at turn 250, but the game still wouldn't trigger score victory even when I made peace on turn 249...

Beta version 1 of The Civilization of the Illomis has been uploaded to Civ5. Good luck playing it.
