Anyone know if this mod is compatible with Biao's Strategic Resources mod? Or if there is a way to make units not need strategic resources but to receive a combat strength nerf if their empire doesn't have the relevant resource?
Does anyone know if there is a current mod that does what Novemberisms' Strategic Resources mod did? I loved that mod and I see it is still on Reddit but it hasn't been updated and doesn't seem to work anymore.
I specifically want units to not require strategic resources but to get -5 attack...
Seeing you're on your moral high horse, let's see about that.
I have already told you that I backed down on one statement about player testing that I may have been wrong on. I have no problem with being called out on any comments I make that may be wrong on factual points. In fact, in case I...
From the summary it doesn't appear to address any of those points :-(

Completely agree!
I could deal with all the little bugs like the last construction complete error. But the useless AI and lack of balance just ruin the game for me completely. No challenge.
I hope it gets patched to a point where the game is challenging. If so, I'd definitely start playing...
Yeah, mate. I completely see that side of the argument. I don't like threads being derailed either, negative or positive.
I don't think, in the age of social media, writing an email would gain as much traction as the presence of abundant publicly-viewable complaints. But that is debatable and...
