Does adding additional RAMs decrease lag and loading time? Since the lag and loading time speed varies on your computer's memory(RAM). If so than I would go search for some RAMs, but I need help =P

Yes, I really notice this. I'm like 5-6 Techs further away from the Top 2nd Advance Civilization. I don't care how advance I am from the Civilization but I am too advance.

Well I used it twice on a Egyptian City. Than my cultural borders stretched a few tiles towards the city I spreaded my culture to. Maybe once you have a lot of culture on that one city your trying to spread it to. They'll revolt and want to join your Civilization.

What about that Egyptian Pharaoh that possed as a male but was really a female, but than his step brother (I think) was a leader of the army and got all of her evidence removed such as heiroglyphics (missed spelled) and whatnot. There was a documentary of that on the History Channel.
