The Beta 4 map is buggy. Even a fresh download shows this. It is as if the city names moved up two tiles and two tiles to the right in Western Europe (including Spain and the United Kingdom).

Not sure if this could be considered a fix or if it is even advisable, but I replaced the Beta 3 RFCEMaps.py with the one from Beta 4 and the city names map is no longer crazy.

The link to "Beta 5" is dead. Does anyone know where I can get a copy? I'm experiencing problems with Beta 3 in terms of city names, it seems out of sync with the map. :confused:

This is also an RFCE issue. There doesn't seem to be a bonus for Orthodox brothers and sisters of the faith. I get this a lot when I play as Bulgaria or Byzantium. :confused:

They're both distinct cities but very close to one another, with Lyon having been more important to French history and Vienne to Burgundy.

Genoa is Zena when controlled by Genoa, whether RFCE or RFCE++, cf. "Genoa, Italy, known as "Zena" in the Genoese dialect" As far as I know, it is Lyon until Burgundy flips it and it becomes Vienne.

There is a guy used in SoI for Portugal also created by Melcher. Can't we use him?

As far as I know, you *might* need the original (and latest version of) SoI. The first post indicates that the original won't be needed in version 0.03 (or something) but this is still a WIP / Work In Progress.
