hmmm well the Mongols were a nomad tribe which means they moved around alot, not really any time to build cities but it would still be nice to have them as a civ, say an expansionist, militaristic civ, they could easily replace the Zulu's.

well I dont imagine you would care about the Persians or any of those nower days lesser powerful or now non-existant civs either. I think portugal deserves to appear in Civ 3 no doubt about it, they were a significant nation on this planet as was some of the Civ's in the prime of their time...
