    Ah yes, this looks like a good theory:) Still as in situation when you own this resources, you need to have both improved, this looks like something, which needs either be addressed or documented.

    Yes, I checked. No, I do not have any vassal with pearls. I have only one pearl in incoming resources tab. I recently declared a friendship with a bot player, who has pearls, which I guess can be the clue. But he doesn't even exporting these pearls to me.
