I can't recall reading in your stories if you abandon your combat forts? I have started using combat forts since I read your Bad Start story and typically I keep them around unless they are on terrible terrain. Just curious how you handle them? Thanks!

Here is a semi-related question for the experts. I am on Regent playing against 7 other civs of which I have met two. I haven't made contact with the other five but my two neighbors have. If I break a trade, or break a ROP will my reputation been ruined with the civs I haven't made...

I also play with a combined approach in the modern ages. I use paratroopers for resource denial, marines, navies and helos for amphibious assaults, and tanks, arty and mech infantry for the blitzkrieg type attacks. My problem is with air force...I always seem to find myself forgetting to build...

To serve my purposes in this case, which was to bring units to the front quickly overly a long distance, horsemen were the only choice. Also, I am not a big fan of how the obsolete units don't drop from the build queue. I hate having to scroll past my trusty warrior to get to my modern...
