.. i think it needs something to allow it to be built. make it your palace (editor for improvements and flag it for building army). then it will come right away, and everyone has to have a nice palace.. makes since too. (or flag barracks...)

so does it work with missles? mainly thats the item i want this to apply too... my barbarian level is set on raging... dont know yet if i want them to have that effect of pillaging buildings. also, have you EVER heard of that pillage sound file? suppose to be when barbarians attack and...
