It's unavailable again due to the Apolyton site's redesign. Pretty much every file is gone now including the latest fan patch.

To also have a game that is extremely unbalanced and bloated. Two hundred hours isn't really fun if the game is collapsing under it's own bloat. lol you're such a cry baby drama queen if you think civ5 is going to be "casual" and "dumbed down" when all the press and previews i've read say...
