I got it to work by launching a norml play now game, go to main menu and then load scenario, not sure if this clears hd cache if civ has one.
When you figue out the mechanics of popups, ("implemented but not used" LOL no joke). Would it be possible to add a popup for negative production of finished goods/hammers. Why this was not put n the original release is beyond me.

do no sell if cigs are LT 7.5.
or
>do not buy sugar if over 4.5 gold / item
I wouldn't want the computer selling stacks of 100 goods when i could loose, worse case, 5gold for cigs when europe buying at 11...

hey, in the city screen when you send out a "colonist" (meaning any of the msnry, pioneer, soldier colonist etc. units). There is one button to make a pioneer, you also need 50 tools while he is in the field, they are returned when he checks back in to produce or craft. I would HIGHLY reccomend...

The next turn (73) I get a random event for the govenor being assasinated, however there were no reward tool tips for the 4 choices. I was checking to see if this is just a random event for sotrytelling effect.

I ended up quit that game due to poor city placement, I forgot the imprtance of brewery needing riverside for happiness.
But I do have another question, what does the march of the forest spell do? The civelopedia doesn;t say exactly.
