Is there some way to change the keymap settings so that the pause key doesn't pause the game any more? On my current laptop, it's right next to the print key, so I keep hitting it by accident when I just want to take screenshots. It's starting to get a bit annoying.

In the regular game, you can't. If you do a relatively minor mod creating an unoriginal additional civ, on the other hand...

Update: It was a lot of fun for a while; then the civ with which I was at war at the time (England under Napoleon, of all things), discovered Feudalism, and it became less fun.

Thank you! How many of the island will usually be connected by sea, as opposed to ocean, tiles?

Is there any good strategy guide anywhere that deals specifically with the challenges and opportunities of archipelago maps? Perhaps somewhere on these forums here? I've never played on a map like that before, but I'm thinking about doing it.
