Do NOT buy a compaq! Get anything else, right now they are consider the worst of the worst.

Check craigslist you can get one for like 10-20 used.

I would compare putting money into this computer to fixing an old car, sure you can get it back on the road but 2 months later its gonna need more work.

Go to the store and buy a can off air. Remove your video card. Walk outside. Use the can of air on video card to remove the years of dust. Put video card back in computer. Play games.
