CIV4 in 800x600

Is it posible to run civ4 in 800x600? And do the add-ons support 800x600? im kinda stuck with an ancient monitor atm..

The game engine (Gamebryo) does not support resolutions below 1024x768. However, it costs about $75 to buy a monitor that can support such resolution, so I suggest buying one

Check craigslist you can get one for like 10-20 used.
