    (1) Community Patch\Database Changes\NewCustomModOptions.xml Set DEALAI_GLOBAL_PERMANENT_FOR_TEMPORARY to 1. I deleted DiploAIOptions.sql and replaced it with new CustomModOptions as part of the cleanup.

    It does already carry a huge diplomatic hit. The opinion hit isn't that significant but it counts as a "provocation" internally which means the AI is much more likely to respond with war and hostility in the future.

    Yeah, Lebensraum will be reworked in 5.0. The ideal solution is for it to count as a casus belli, but we don't have such a system in place yet.
