I feel the same. Each new Civ that comes out seems to be full of bugs and are just bad until a patch or expansion comes out. I'm very eager to try Civ 5 but I think I'll hold off until some of the issues are ironed out.

I like the game so far but it does need a lot of tweaking. That should have been taken care of before it was released. That is what testing is for.

If you are using a trainer it will crash the game. Be sure you don't have one running.
