Finding so many bugs and ways to cheat, besides you use them or not, makes me feel that I´m buying a Beta version of the game. Sadly this happens very often with computer games. You feel that you´re testing the games for the developers just to let them make an expansion and charge you some more...

There are lots of nice ideas around thise forum (I think that the Netherlands will be an iteresting civ). I wonder if the boys at Fireaxis have thinked about all the posibilities. maybe they have, and they are prepairing and expansion!!! If they mend the bugs as well the game will become perfect;)

You´re right Ironman. There are too many bugs reported just in this forum, apart from rules and things that seem not to work very well in the game. There´s also the non-inclusion of a multiplayer option and the lack of important civs like Celts, Vikings, Arabs, Spanish (this drives me mad!:mad...

In the particular case of the Spartans, I think that they´re well covered with the Greek civilization, which includes Minoic culture and many others as well. Sparta is a nation, not a distinctive civilization. They shared their cultural background with all the other greeks.

I understand that Sid and Fieaxis can´t include every civilization in their game. I understand the inclusion of a minor civilization, like the Iroquois, because there should be some nation representative of the natives of North America. But there are also a lot of things that I don´t understand...

Dear AdamSmo: In the XV and XVI centuries the only "americans" that lived in the territory which is today called USA were the Iroquois, and other native indian tribes, besides a bunch of french, english and, of course, spanish settlers.

Apart from the surprising non-inclusion of the Spanish civilization on the game (I think that we are much more important in history than the Iroquois, after all we discovered the land where Sid and his Civteam are living now) I also miss the vikings, and other cultures, as you do, but what about...

I´ve read here that in Europe we won´t get Civ3 till March 2002. I hope that at least we will get an updated and improved version with less bugs. Let the yanks try the game first so we could get a better Civ3! And maybe they will include the spanish civilization. I´m very surprised, and angry...
