    4.11 patch I'm doing very well right now, but the authority nerf hits hard. Its been 150 turns and non of my cities have walls up. Except for the capital, all buildings takes ~20 turns each.

    The other way around. All diplo buildings have "give x yield per friend/ally city states". It is Germany's UA that's boring for having the same effect as a building line. I'd argue that these yield promote good diplo play by giving you an extra incentive to actively fight for city states...
