It's starting to get real annoying, hearing him everytime I advance a tech. Firaxis clearly did not play test this game enough, otherwise they would have put in a mute option and found all the bugs in the game.

It literally ruins the game. Not only is there the annoying popup every few turns, it forces you and everyone into the same civics. It gets rid of religion and nukes. What fun is that? I now have to quit the game everytime someone builds the UN. There should at least be an option to disable...

Although I agree with you 100%, Sid can still be blamed for selling out. Just as George Lucas didn't want film studios telling him how to make his movies, he went independent. Sid should have done the same if he really cared about it.

I agree. 99 times out of 100 it's the publisher's fault. No more 2K games for me.
