Is there any way to toggle a view on the map that only shows the fat cross for each city? This would be useful when trying to pick the site of a new city. If not, any suggestions other than just eyeballing it?

I have a Dell Latitude D600. Belarc says the video is a MOBILITY RADEON 9000. I think it has 32 MB of video RAM, but Belarc didn't list it, so I am not positive about that. It runs fairly well.

Drivers!!! Since Civ IV worked out of the box with my ATI card, I did not bother to get the latest. The dropdown for resolution only had 1024x768 (my monitor is widescreen, but does not support many resolutions). I'll try updating my drivers. Thanks!

I do not see the option to set my resolution to widescreen inside Civ IV. Does anyone know if there is a way to get this to work? I've heard all it takes are a few registry settings in other games that do not support it "out of the box."
