Try a cultural victory. It'll be completely different from most other types of victory.

Why does no one realize we've already won the space race?

It's all this simple. We already went to the moon. We won the space race years ago. We're just so addicted we're still playing.

Resources that give +2 or so culture might be interesting. Maybe each culture's special resource gives +2 to that culture?

If you have a specialist economy instead of the cottage economy, then you can set the rates to whatever you want without having a huge impact on your economy. I like to have a few cities with specialists, and a few commerce cities.

I've heard about Cultural flipping on this board. I have a few questions about it. 1. How do you do it? 2. Is it warlords only, or for vanilla civ as well? 3. How easy is it to do?
