@Pholky Don't forget that they have yet to reach Caste System (I think?) so maybe not all of them have yet to reach the top preformence of the specialists.

the problem is that once Monty'll have archers, no chariot will be able to take him down. I suggest you wait till Iron Working before getting to buisness.

I dont think muskets will help you much, they are really short lived and the AI tends to skip them and make knights instead which are better than the muskets.

I'm a Monarch level player and I tend never to give in to AI demands, especially if they demand important stuff. In a continents map, Optics is really important for the AI, and you shouldn't ever trade that with them if you wish to keep your lead on the tech tree. Anyway good turns, I'll keep...
