I just double checked and there seems to be nothing wrong with the user interface. Fishes give 3:c5food: and fishing boats give +2:c5food: and horses on grasslands give 2:c5food:1:c5production:. Pastures give +1:c5production: and +1:c5food: with water at horseback riding.
I'm not sure where the problem you're referring to is located. Are the tile tooltips incorrect or the yields displayed on the world map incorrect? Could you take a screenshot for me?
There is some sort of bug with worker improvements with the modified tech tree. You can see this using EUI's tooltip to hover over certain improvements where it states it needs two techs to chop a forest on an improvement.

This is an UI error from the EUI-CP patch since EUI displays the vanilla penalties (-75% food, -2% per unhappiness for production/gold). I'll try to get this fixed in the next release.
