    Good idea for future civilizations?

I like these ideas. I have thought much the same thing on occasion. I think that the way they do city defense is flawed to. I think there should be a limit to the garisson. After that limit has been reached anything over should stagnate the city, because the military presense becomes a burden...

    Does this bother anyone else?

I see your point. It may be more historically accurate but doesnt make for a very interesting scenario.

    CivCity Rome

I dont know...I have seen it and it seems to lack the depth that you would associate with the engine. I just dont think it will end up being an all around good game like Civ IV though i think it will be fun for a while it wont have much replay value though. I am actually suprised that it was...

Warlords: one scenario has the four horsemen of the apocolypse in it! STR: 666!

Yet intriguing as a theory. The devil forgets his only weakness. A crappy galley.

    Does this bother anyone else?

So I opened up Rise of Rome, Alexander, and the Peloponessian war all three of which i was excited about and experienced quite a disappointment. All three look like they were thrown together without much effort. Italy and Greece look absoulutly laughable in all three. In the Peloponessian War...

    Favourite Warlords Scenario?

Vikings(though i have yet to beat it), Genghis Khan. Those are the two ive loved so far. I though Chinese Unification was a little slow.

    Warlords...The Great Wall is horrible!

I like the Great Wall and how it works because I hate barbarians but dont turn them off because it feels vaguley like cheating. In that since it is great. However the wall and the pyramids are your options and the wall IS NOT good enough to make a person choose it over the pyramids, which is a...

    Viking Scenario

I was just wondering because the scenario is really fun but seems near impossable to beat with the high gold requirments.

    Great People

Is it me or have Great People become harder to get. I was playing today and i played to 1000 AD and didnt get a single Great Person. the AI did though. Am I the only one thinking it has been made harder or was i just being careless. I'll admit i wasnt really playing like usual just playing to be...

    Viking Scenario

Has anyone played this yet, and have you won? It seems like a difficult thing to make all the money that they want you to make. Should you try and capture cities? Ransome them? cut off research spending? So far I have only been playing for a little while capturing and ransoming but it seems...

    Reguarding Vassal States

In the Khan scenario I had the Song capitulate. I had them down to one city and was gathering to take that. They asked to, and i allowed it. You cant make them however. I think they have to offer.

    Vassal Question

Yeah, I hadnt thought of that. Poor them. They may sue for peace though, and get back in the game(tentativley). Though, and i know this to be true only in the Khan scenario, a vassal can still be fairly culturaly powerful. The Song Chinese capitulated to me. They had only one city left and went...

Wishing for three traits for all leaders

2 traits is kinda a civ tradition isnt it? I havent played any Imperalistic civ but from what i see a third trait added on to that would make it even more over powered. I dont know though, like i said i havent played with any imperialisic civs.

    Vassal Question

You can only abuse a vassal so much. They can deny a command(automatic war). They can also end any vassal agreement(I think it is reviewed every 10 turns). Even if you beat them into capitulation(ending the vassals ability to break away) you still have to be careful. If they loss 50% of the land...
