how do i add a new unit animation from the civ edit hacked version, lets say i have that really sweet crossbowman animation, how do i make it into a map? please explain ps why was my other help post deleted what did i do???

ok i have some animations i dl'ed but when i goto civ edit the picture don't show up for me to pic, also is there a way to give the animation sounds, how do i know what to call them, cause i could make some pretty cool sounds i think if i knew how all this works, please point me to a editing tut...

im a super newb, and i need a good explanation on to how to add units in the game without it crashing ps. i think the people that made civ 3 are very unprofesional to make part of the game that doesnt work unless you really know what your doing, and it doesn't explain this. Please anwser please
