Whyd did this "weevil" ask a question to someone who hasn't been online in 8 years?

Hi Greg!

I did your civ1 quiz on civfanatics and scored a measly 7/10 (disappointing when i consider the countless hours i've spend in front of this game). Reading the text at the bottom you write "What does the third digit in the version number represent?". The meaning of the fifth digit is well documented, but I haven't found anything about the third. I believe the possible version numbers are 474 and 475? Please elaborate oh wise one!

Oh and btw the answer to "What coastline-related geographical anomaly appears in the built-in Earth map, but not in any computer-generated maps" is two ocean squares connected in a 45 degree angle (like in nothern sibiria in the world map).
