I came up with this idea of dividing a civilization's resources (gold, research, units, religion) along different guilds controlled by a mass of people. It is a mix of collaboration to win the Civ game, but also competition to make your Guild more influential. The result is...

@sonnybondss Did you check out the doc? Basically we play Civ as a collective. I execute live on a stream, the twitch-chat makes decisions via polls. Further down the road there will be other people joining me on the stream to spread out decision making.
