Black Terrain (running on Dell 700m, 1.4 Ghz, 1 G Ram, 64 MB no TNL Extreme Graphics Intel card) Game is a little slow. Black Terrain is gone after I get Satellite Tech.

One of my favorites is the information bar on the left hand side of the screen! Saves so much time from digging into the manual/civolopedia !

what's up with all this hate? Look what a bad release causes.... is this the root of all evil?

I haven't tried it - but i do believe it works.. I was playing on black terrain for about 1.5 hours..until i reached satellite... then voila - all wasn't black anymore! I run a dell 700m laptop with an intel 855 graphics card (no TnL)... will try the black fix later on.

I guess i need to apply the black terrain patch... once I get Satellite tech advance....I see everything!!! (running on Dell 700m; 855 gm)

Stupid me - should have read this thread before purchasing. I have a 700m with Intel 855GM ... It loads fine, and even runs ok, but I get the black terrain problem as well as the - 'see eye and teeth' only problem. suckage! :sad:
