On another note, Spain settled these three of its four known cities in the same turn, using exclusively balloons as garrisons.

Everyone except Greece is way behind me in power, but some of the weaker ones WERE ahead in tech. I would expect to get a contribution towards some or many techs. Like capturing one or more cities. Not to be instantly catapulted from mid-late Renaissance to early-mid Industrial.

I had a peace vassal merge with me, and they gave me nearly an entire era of tech advancement. Is that working as intended? I wouldn't have designed it that way. I would have preferred to progress at snail's pace through frigates, arquebuses etc., not skip them altogether.

It's a Huge map, default number of civs - I think 12. Option "Barbarian - Barbaric World" is on. I can't find "Continents" or Old World/everywhere in my Settings, Options, or .inis. Is there somewhere else I need to look? Mapscript C2C_WORLD.

Using C2C_World mapscriipt, I was placed on an oceanlocked 68-tile island with one barb city for company. There's room for seven cities on the whole island. Is this working as intended?

On the city build list, the Name sort doesn't work. All the others are fine. When a unit has moves left after an attack, its command panel disappears. You have to select another unit, and when you come back to it it's fine again.

I'm on the second latest SVN. On a 68-tile island with one barb city that became China. They did build a second city, but I razed it and they haven't tried again - early/mid Ancient. Should I check in WB what everyone else has? It's a spoiler, but otoh I am curious.

Israel is founded on terrorism (Irgun, Stern and Haganah and the acknowledged atrocities of the Nakba) and is structurally terrorist. It's entire relationship with the Palestinians literally amounts to terrorism. You can't be pro-Israel if you're anti-terrorist.
