With your permission, I'd like to use your tech icon pack for my mod WROL Plague Edition. It's a post-apocalyptic mod in which people revert to an earlier time due to an inability to produce postmodern life. As such, several of your modifications are very useful to see a return to a pioneer lifestyle. It will feature American type units of the Revolutionary War, Civil War and the Wild West Period.
I plan to have several WROL flavors such as an EMP one, a Peak Oil one, etc. I may end up doing it for Asia and Europe too, and so could feature other units within those milieus.
By using other's work, I hope to vastly shorten the process of release. The plan is to release some by Christmas 2016 or earlier, but this is contingent upon acquiring already released units, leaderheads, and terrain.
