Alhamra Arts Council (also Alhamra Hall, Alhamra Cultural Complex or Alhamra Art Gallery) is a famous cultural theater and performing arts venue in Lahore located at The Mall road. It is a heart of Pakistani architecture because it shows all the traditions and Architecture of Pakistan. The complex was designed by prominent architect Nayyar Ali Dada and completed in 1992. It consists of an 800-seat auditorium, a 500-seat theatre, an art gallery, as well as a music venue, built in three separate wings and each based on octagonal forms. The structure is built of thick exposed brick and draws influences from Mughal architecture.
