Here are the details:
Civ: Carthage
Leader: Hannibal
UU: Numidian Cavalry (don't have defense penalty; bonus when attacking cities)
UB: Cothon (little more production cost than seaport, but it has no maintenance cost)
Unique trait: Phoenician Merchants (gives small culture boost [+2 culture / turn until the discovery of Theology], +3 gold / turn, and +3 gold / trade route [until the discovery of Theology too])
Unique color, buttons, and other graphics (i'm currently working on special graphics for unit and building)! No music yet, but working on it.
