All the credit for this guide still belongs to DJ_Anion who did the lion's share of the work to collect the information and do the beautiful formatting. This is just a small update for patch 3.19 more than a decade later. There are people who still use this and I hope they get something out of it. If there are any suggestions for further improvements I'm all ears.
