Good catch. They have a user option for it, ClockFormat, but don't actually use it. I don't know much about mods nor js but I believe:

Configuration.getUser().getValue("ClockFormat")

will get you the value from the UserOptions file.

Minutes are display without leading zero (like 1:7 to represent 01:07)
I'm okay with hours missing the zero (I'd love the leading zero here too), but I miss the zero in the minutes.

I'd love this mod after that!

Hours should have the leading zero as well. I obviously didn't wait until late at night (or early morning) to make sure that everything works, but the latest patch should do the trick!
