Description
This mod is the first component of the Et Cetera... graphics mod which changes both the flags and border colors of all 34 of the BTS civilizations. Included are appropriate buttons for the new flags as well. This is a strictly graphical change and does not alter gameplay in anyway. The main purpose of this mod is to have it integrated into other mods.
Included in the ZIP is a readme with installation instructions and information for modders interested in integrating this mod into their own creations.
