unfortunately, the game update (1.2.4) totally broke most of my mods, including this one. it will take a while to investigate and fix everything. i'll upload fixes as i get things working.

minor fixes + French localization​

better city banners​

• town banners show their current focus
• city banners include a civilization icon
• more readable lighting effects for text and icons
• better integration of health bars and timers
• more consistent layout from one settlement to another

fixes and customization​

• city banners show changes from resource reallocation (like happiness)
• unit health bars adjusted to show damage more accurately
• city leader portraits react to alliances, war, and unhappiness
• neutral city-states have a neutral allegiance ring (not red)
• religion icons merged unless urban and rural religion differ
• unrest countdown hidden when razing a settlement
• (optionally) remove leader portraits from city banners
• (optionally) remove the black outline from unit flags

when combining Flag Corps with Sukritact's Simple UI Adjustments, the unit flags should now reliably use the layout rules from this mod.

fixes an error in handling full health bars.
not sure whether it was causing problems in-game,
but many occurrences were appearing in logs.
