Historicity++ 5.0

This latest version renames Australia's UA to "The Lucky Country" at the suggestion of fellow modders, and corrects that weird event where Australia has a President.

This mod is also now available on Steam.

Fixed an issue where I can replacing Chang'an with Warsawa

Updated with numerous text fixes for Poland: among them, correcting Poland's population from Russia's numbers, and making Warsaw Polish again.

Credits to JanBoruta for these fixes.

• Removed typo fixes, since they've been fixed in the Fall Patch (now can you fix the historical errors, at least the one on the Wat? As a native of the region that's definitively wrong.
