Imperialism (Unfinished Mod) 2016-10-05

This is an unfinished mod I started working on some one and a half years ago. As the title suggests, the mod centered on the colonial aspirations of Europe and the United States. I only finished one scenario before I had to cease working on the project, the Spanish-American War, but I decided I might as well upload the skeleton of the mod in case anyone wants to improve it.

Known Bugs:
The table in the bottom right corner that displays civilizations and the scores does not appear.
The Scramble for Africa scenario does not work and crashes.
