Can you post the version of RFCE ++ you're using? The one I have isn't stable in the least.

Must be Jon Shafer that made those flags. He was the first author of that mod.

I have not been doing any civs for a while... but I could either help you do it, by teaching you, or if you are doing it for a mod, I could make one for you. You'd have to give me the particulars (UU, UB, leaders, etc).
