Adds Revolutionary Iran as a playable civ and removes Persia. Contains custom leader music.
Leader - Ayatollah Khomeini.
Trait - Supporter of Terrorism - Gain 9 additional Influence from City States you could demand tribute from. City States do not become upset by your intruding units.
UU - Quds Force - Replaces Paratrooper, can enter rival territory and use rival roads.
UB - Madrasah - Provides the regular bonuses of the University it replaces, +2 Faith.

The art for the UU and UB, Khomeini and the map were made by Davey_Henninger. The icon was made by TPangolin. The Madrasa artwork is from the Into the Rennaissance scenario.

1 - I do not support the Iranian terrorist regime, or Khomeini, who, as Anwar Sadat said, was a lunatic. I made this civ mainly to be used with my other Middle East civs. (Israel, Iraq, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Syria)
2 - This mod requires both expansion packs in order to work.
