KayleeR's Misc UI Modifications 1.13

Some issues due to lenses conflicting with other mods. Currently I've removed everything except the resource management changes, which are excellent! Worth it just for that if the mod isn't updated. Great work

The mod conflicts with other lens mods. Since there already is another Discovery Lens mod, it would be better to split this from your mod.

I have the 0.11 version but discoverables are ghosting. I keep seeing a lot of icons which have already been taken by the AIs so there is nothing on the tile anymore. Gold tile on treasure fleets does not seem to work at all for me. Directx version. Also have a few other mods like tcs-ui-improved-plot-tooltip that may break things.

Sort on City before Towns is so awesome! Thank you. Crazy how bad that screen is. Probably the MOST USELESS screen Firaxis ever dared to put out there. This simple sort on city and sorting of the resources is a huge huge simple improvement.
