KayleeR's Misc UI Modifications 1.13

Great mod! I really like the unique quarter highlight and the repair category. I only wished you had split this into three mods (city improvements, resource screen improvements and discovery layer), so I can easily pick the ones I want.

If nothing else, this is what the UI the game should've shipped with. Amazing work, highly recommend this mod!
