Updated to a dropbox link. The dropbox location has the Knights Templar (v 15).civ5mod file.
download and then copy/paste to your ~\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS folder and then start the game. When you go into the game's MODS menu the mod should unpack. If not, you can manually unzip the file using 7z, Winrar, etc.
