[LH] Afonso Henriques 2016-10-05

This is the very first king of Portugal, Afonso Henriques. Yes, no more green Louis XIV from Civ Gold, but a real Medieval looking Portuguese king!
This LH is a reskin with some minor adjustments of another custom LH- King Arthur by cfkane done by The Capo and myself.
