Napoleon, Revolutionary has had his +10 Movement to all Land units reduced to +3. The AI had problems using the extra movement, making all units travel across the continent at all times, causing too long turns.
Added all personas (Ashoka, Friedrich, Himiko, Xerxes). Added Napoleon and Napoleon Persona. Added Tescumseh. Fixed Himiko, Queen of Wa's Endeavor, such that it now increases it's effectiveness from 25% to 250% for both Leaders.
